We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, through either Fedex, UPS or USPS.
Shipping is free for the lower 48 states. All others are based on customer's shipping address and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Note for international orders:
The customer is responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees.
We will not refund or cancel an order due to customs charges occurring outside of the USA.
USA Based Taxes:
9.75% Taxes apply to shipping addresses within the state of Tennessee.
Returns for products purchased through our online store can be requested through our website. If not purchased through our online store, please contact the selling dealer. All returns must be authorized by BAP. All return requests must be faxed or e-mailed. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided. Returns not possessing a valid RMA number are subject to rejection and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
You will be required to provide the following information:
- Your name, address, and email address associated with your account at www.briannaauto.parts.
- The defective item number and quantity with the nature/reason for the return.
Refunds will be for returned merchandise and shipping costs if the fault was ours. Otherwise, shipping cost is nonrefundable. The refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only.
