Brianna Auto Parts (BAP) offers a NO HASSLE WARRANTY RETURN policy to all of our customers. Claims of warranties can only be submitted through a BAP authorized dealer, except when purchased through the BAP online store. A receipt of purchase must be provided for any warranty claims.
The BAP warranty is not transferable and applies to the original installation and purchase only. In no event shall BAP be held liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor shall BAP be held liable for any claims or damages which arises out of or connected with the BAP warranty by exceeding the purchase price of the products.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, that extend beyond this warranty. The warranty does not apply to costs or labor fee associated with the loss of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, incidental or consequential damages.
BAP reserves the right to alter and modify the designs of any BAP products without assuming any obligation to modify previously manufactured products and will only replace warrantied products with redesigns.
Closeout/Discontinue items are excluded from warranties and returns.
BAP reserves the right to amend or update this without notice.
