This in-line single check valve allows air flow in only one direction.
It prevents loss of remaining brake system pressure if another device (reservoir, hose etc.) upstream fails.
There are several configurations and sizes in order to allow various piping arrangements.
The SC-3 valves replace both the SC-1 and SC-2 valves.
