QR-1 Quick Release Valve - 1/2 Inch NPT
The Quick Release (QR) Valve reduces the release time when brakes are applied. It exhausts air through itself rather than through the controlling valve. Its function is to accelerate the air exhaust from the air chambers.
In its standard design this valve is intended to deliver within 1 PSI of control pressure to the controlled device; however, for particular applications this valve is offered with bigger differential or zero hysteresis.
QR-1 valves also come with optional noise reducing foam crosses or silencers.
